Today’s fishing rods are lighter, more sensitive, and more responsive than the old broomsticks of yesteryear. There are a multitude of compositions and materials in which the rod, guides, grip and other elements are made. Be sure to check each element so you can see what’s best for you.

This section is organized by type of rod. Look for new manufacturers every day as we add them.
We’ll also have a link to a general fishing rods, which will be the default section as we put all of the fishing rods into the Local Fisherman, then categorize this appropriately (this takes time, folks).
