Utah Fishing Report: Lake Powell Slows, Ice Out Spurs Good Fishing

Lots of action is happening in Utah, with plenty of thawing while some impooundments continue to be buried in ice and snow, according to the Utah Division of Wildlife.

This past week, the cold and windy weather stalled much of the expected spawning activity in Lake Powell.  The Lake Powell striped bass action has been good as stripers are schooling up while they prepare to spawn.
