Yeah, that pouch is a real piece, and impossible to find in any stores anymore. It is something my father inherited from my grandfather. Now I’ve got it for a few years, and if the seams and zipper hold together, my now half year old kid will probably have it some day.

Falcon makes a pouch like that. You can order it from their web site. You can also order them from Cabela’s and Bass Pro.
