Delaware Bay Fishing Report: Good Croaker Action Continues

MVC-014SShirley aboard the Reliable out of Bower’s Beach dropped us a line today and said that she thought they were going to get the Monday off, but lots of people showed up to go fishing.  Thank goodness the croakers are still here, and they caught several hundred.  She said that they also landed a nice flounder and some shorts. Croakers Hit the Delaware Bay

IMG_0843The croakers are here, just in time for the 4th of July weekend. The Reliable II out of Bowers Beach is fishing daily, and Shirley said that they are “slamming” the croakers.

She also said that several short flounder are also coming over the rails, and Walter Leashefski one 2.10-pound keeper that took the pool She said that some sea bass and blues were also caught. The Reliable is sailing daily at 7:00 a.m. and our Headboat price is $40.00 for a 7 hour trip.
